I am from Ireland and I have worked in education for the past 30 years both nationally and internationally. I have served as a teacher and an administrator in Ireland, Saudi Arabia and, most recently, Japan. I have a Bachelor in Education degree from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and a Master in Education (Leadership and Management) degree from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. I also gained a Certificate in International School Leadership from the Principals’ Training Centre, London, UK.

I am very excited to join the new team at Surabaya. A new school provides many opportunities for growth. The students, families and staff at Sampoerna Academy, Surabaya, are in a unique position to form a dynamic leaning community using the best of national and international curricula with a focus on STEAM and 21st Century skills.
