As a business that has been stable for three decades, Honda has high sales, standards, and a top-of mind brand. Their valuable lessons in engineering and entrepreneurship are highly important for our students.
Aside from teaching our students how the business worked from the inside, the field trip is also to capture the versatility that Honda had as a brand and as a business. On the site, students learned how to create and balance innovation over time to perpetuate growth, and how to maintain persistence in quality.
Sampoerna Academy encourages the entrepreneurial spirit in children by showing them how the real industry works directly, so they can take notes about their newly gained insights and fine-tune their plan for success.
